The video lesson is a digital product, it cannot be returned. However, if you have not yet activated access to video lesson, email (my.eto.mir@mail.ru) with your email address and name of item(s) you want return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
